A very warm hello to everyone who ever is reading my blog! im here again to share my views on the unethical issue of  the most popular MNC Apple .  

A recent regulator caused apple with a fine of  $25 million dollars due to its controversial software update which had to be the reason for the slow down of all the older iphones . The directorate for  competition policy and fraud controls announcement which was first spotted by Apple Insider, notes that Apple has agreed to pay the fine and will display a press release on its website for one month. The fine is the result of a probe that began at the beginning of 2018.The contention previously rose toward the finish of 2017 when clients recognized that the most recent variant of iOS was throttling the exhibition of more established I Phones.

 iOS 10.2.1 was intended to forestall unforeseen shutdowns as old batteries corrupted after some time. The issue was that it never conveyed this to its clients who didn't understand that they could invert the throttling by supplanting their battery and didn't need to purchase an altogether new gadget.  Battery replacement program that reduced the price of its battery replacements by $50 for a year. The move is thought to have resulted in as many as 10 times more people buying new batteries and extending the lifespans of their older phones. Apple has also been fined €5 million by the Italian authorities and faced multiple lawsuits and an investigation from the Department of Justice over the controversy.

Despite accusations that the feature was meant to drive sales of its new devices, Apple maintains that it is designed to “prevent the device from unexpectedly shutting down so that the iPhone can still be used.” It added the option to turn off the controversial throttling feature in iOS 11.3.

The tech giants still makes there so called customers fools by giving these sorts off filthy business and yet claims that they are pure as white.
